Hi, I’m John Williams, owner of The Leader Shed.

I have spent 25+ years in senior management roles across varying industries, from traditional manufacturing, civil and roading through to FMCG and high care pharmaceutical grade facilities. In my journey I have experienced both fantastic, positive, constructive workplace culture, and negative, destructive workplace culture, and the driving forces behind these two extremes.

Through personal real-world experience (the school of hard knocks), I have learned what works and what does not, and the lessons are relevant across all industries, after all, every industry has people!

I enjoy working with individuals and groups within organisations to share practical advice on building great workplace culture and the leadership skills required to enhance and nurture the culture.

In my spare time I enjoy hunting, fishing and spending time with my family.
